Pickup is enabled by default when first creating a Kyoo account. If other order fulfillment methods are also enabled such as Curbside Ordering or Tableside Ordering, then pickup will be an available option presented at checkout:

If Scheduled Ordering is disabled, customers will only be able to place an online pickup order if:

If Scheduled Ordering is enabled, customers will be able to place an order for pickup at any time and will be able to choose a pickup time when checking out. Pickup times can be configured within the Order Fulfillment > Scheduled Ordering tab.

Set a Min/Max Order Value

Kyoo allows restrictions on the order subtotal to ensure that they are a worthwhile offering. The following restrictions can be imposed:

Remove Taxes

Toggle whether or not taxes will be applied to pickup orders. This is appropriate if your state does not tax certain order types (ex: takeout orders).

Pickup Order Notifications

When customers checkout they have the option to provide their mobile number to receive order status notification texts. Checkout our Customer Order Notifications article to learn more about configuring these messages.
