Order With Flavor allows you to configure the SMS notifications that are sent to the customer to keep them apprised of their order status. Go into the “Order Fulfillment” tab within the Order With Flavor dashboard and choose the respective fulfillment type to enable or edit the SMS notifications. Always select “Apply” once complete with editing/enabling.
When customers checkout they have the option to provide their mobile number to receive order status notification texts. These SMS messages are configurable within Order With Flavor. Here’s a quick description of each message:
Order received - This text is sent to the customer right after they’ve placed the order. This ensures a smooth transition towards continued engagement via SMS.
Order in progress - This text is sent to the customer when their order has been marked as IN PROGRESS within Square POS.
Order ready - This text is sent to the customer when their order has been marked as READY. This lets them know that their order is ready for pickup.
Customer “Here” - This text is sent in response to the customer after they’ve texted “Here” to indicate that they have arrived to pickup their order.
Response received - This text is sent back to the customer after they’ve responded with information with respect to the order.
Delivery arriving soon - This text is sent to the customer, notifying them that their delivery will arrive to the destination of choice soon.

Scheduled order in progress - This text is sent to the customer when their order has been marked as IN PROGRESS within Square POS.

Scheduled order reminder - This text is sent to the customer as a reminder if the order has not been picked up within an ideal timeframe.
Scheduled post successful order text - Customer receives this text at the duration set after they have successfully placed an order.
Note:
