Order Wit Flavor makes it easy to provide Tableside Ordering as an option for customers. Simply use the QR Studio to create a QR code. Customers scan this QR code and place an order directly from a table using their smart phone. The Tableside Ordering tab can be found within the dashboard under “Order Fulfillment”.

Table Number

Table Number is required at checkout otherwise it is optional.

Edit Table Number

Allow customer to edit table number at checkout.

• This functionality must be enabled in your dashboard
• To enable/disable table number edibility, Log into your Order With Flavor dashboard → Select the proper location → Order Fulfillment → Tableside Ordering → Edit Table Number
• If you want a table number to be required (not optional), Table Number MUST be enabled
• If Edit Table Number is enabled, this will allow the customer to edit their table number at checkout
• If Edit Table Number is disabled, the customer will NOT be able to edit their table number at checkout
• Table Number Input Type - Select the allowed input format for the Table Number field during checkout
  • Alphanumeric Table Number — Allows customers to enter letters and numbers (e.g., Table A1, Patio 2)
  • Numeric Table Number Only — Restricts input to numbers only (e.g., Table A1, Patio 2)
• Make sure to click Apply for settings to properly enable
• Note: The table number will display back in Square orders. Any changes to the table number will reflect accordingly.

Customization

Order With Flavor allows restrictions on the order subtotal to ensure that they are a worthwhile offering. The following restrictions can be imposed:

• Minimum amount - The order value must be above this amount in order for the order to be placed. If left blank, there is no minimum value that must be met.
• Maximum amount - The total order value must be below this amount in order for the order to be placed. If left blank, there is no upper limit on the value.

Remove Taxes

Toggle whether or not taxes will be applied to pickup orders. This is appropriate if your state does not tax certain order types (ex: takeout orders).

Pickup Order Notifications

When customers checkout they have the option to provide their mobile number to receive order status notification texts. Checkout our Customer Order Notifications article to learn more about configuring these messages.
