Kyoo makes it easy to provide Tableside Ordering as an option for customers. Simply use the QR Studio to create a QR code. Customers scan this QR code and place an order directly from a table using their smart phone. The Tableside Ordering tab can be found within the Kyoo dashboard under Order Fulfillment.

Customization

Order With Flavor allows restrictions on the order subtotal to ensure that they are a worthwhile offering. The following restrictions can be imposed:

• Minimum amount - The order value must be above this amount in order for the order to be placed. If left blank, there is no minimum value that must be met.
• Maximum amount - The total order value must be below this amount in order for the order to be placed. If left blank, there is no upper limit on the value.

Remove Taxes

Toggle whether or not taxes will be applied to pickup orders. This is appropriate if your state does not tax certain order types (ex: takeout orders).

Pickup Order Notifications

When customers checkout they have the option to provide their mobile number to receive order status notification texts. Checkout our Customer Order Notifications article to learn more about configuring these messages.
