Collect Customer Feedback with Personalized Post-Visit Reviews!
Want to hear directly from your customers about their experience at your store or restaurant? Now you can create your own personalized review questions and share them right after a visit!
- Each user can generate a review link via Order With Flavor or use any survey/review link of their choice.
- Once created, make sure to copy and paste the link into the appropriate field in your dashboard.
Note: This review URL text message option is available for all fulfillment types except Tab Ordering and Delivery. We’re actively working to make this feature available for those fulfillment types soon!
Step 1: Create Review Questions & Build a Review Link in the Order With Flavor Dashboard
(Only applicable if creating review questions through Order With Flavor)
Instructions:
- Log in to the Order With Flavor dashboard: https://orderwithflavor.com/f/
- Navigate to Admin → Brand → Brand Reviews
- Click “Add New Question”
- Enter your question in the “Question” field
- If you want customers to provide a text response (instead of multiple choice), enable the “Text Response?” option

5**. Set the Question Priority**
- Enter the question's priority in the “Priority” field.
- This determines the order questions appear on the review page.
- Example: 1 = first question, 2 = second question, etc.
- Catering Field
- Ignore the “Catering?” field unless the review is for an event/catering order created within the Order With Flavor portal.
- Multiple Choice Options
- If your question requires multiple choice responses, fill in the “Option” fields with all answer choices you want to provide.
- Set the display order using the “Order” fields.
- Example: 1 = first option, 2 = second option, etc.
- Ignore the “Points (Report Card)” fields—these are not applicable at this time.
- Add Additional Options
- Click “Add Option” to include more answer choices for the question.
- Save the Question
- Click “Submit” to save your question and add it to your review page.
