Configure Daily Availability for a Category

  1. Select Days: Choose the days of the week when this category should be available. For example, Monday–Friday for a weekday breakfast menu.
  2. Set Time Ranges: Specify the start and end times for the category’s availability each selected day. Customers will only see items in this category during these hours.
  3. Save Settings: Once your days and times are configured, click Save to apply the settings.

💡 Tip: If you want multiple time blocks for the same category (e.g., a breakfast menu from 6:00 AM–10:00 AM and a brunch menu from 10:30 AM–1:00 PM), you’ll need to create separate categories for each block.


ITEM LEVEL DAILY AVAILABILITY

You can also set availability for individual items within a category:

  1. Go to the Catalog tab and open the Item Settings for the desired menu item.
  2. Check Set Daily Availability.
  3. Configure the specific days and times this item should be available.
  4. Save your changes.

⚠️ Note: Item-level availability overrides category-level settings. For example, if a category is available 7:00 AM–11:00 AM but an item within it is only available 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, customers will only see that item during the narrower time window.
