If Scheduled Ordering is enabled, customers will be able to place an order at any time and will be able to choose a pickup time when checking out. Pickup times can be configured within the Order Fulfillment → Scheduled Ordering tab.

Pickup Window Size: Select the window size for each scheduled order slot. Fully customizable within ‘minute’ timeframes.

Show Window End Time: When enabled, customers will see a time range based on when an order is complete.

Select Order Date & Time Before Viewing Menu - When enabled, customers will be prompted to select their pickup location (if applicable), date, and time before viewing the menu. Only items available for the selected date and time can be ordered. When disabled, the time picker remains in the checkout process within the cart, and customers select their order time after adding items to the cart.

• Scheduled ordering is compatible with the inventory setting “Hide items when the current time is out of set daily availability time frame” only when the scheduled ordering setting “Select Order Date & Time Before Viewing Menu” is enabled.
• How it works:
  • Customers must first select their pickup date and time.
  • Once selected, the menu dynamically updates.
  • Any items that fall outside of the selected date and time’s availability window will not be displayed on the menu.
• Important notes:
  • This behavior applies only when both settings are enabled.
  • If the scheduled ordering setting is disabled, inventory availability will continue to reference the current time, not the scheduled time.
  • This ensures customers only see items that are actually available for their chosen pickup time.
  • Prevents customers from ordering items that won’t be available at their scheduled time.
  • If a customer updates their selected pickup or date/time during checkout and an item is no longer available for the new selection window, a message will appear notifying them that the item is unavailable at that time. The item will remain in the cart and display the flagged message.

Days in Advance: Set how far in advance a customer can schedule an order.

Set to ASAP by Default: Select ASAP by default in time-picker during a customers checkout selection.

Select Soonest Available Time: Automatically select soonest available time slot (even when closed).

Remove Asap As A Pickup Time Option: When enabled, ASAP will not show as a pickup time at checkout

Apply Order Prep Time To Store Hours Start Time - When enabled, the order prep time average time will be applied to store hours start time
