Generate QR code ordering only: When this setting is enabled while creating QR codes, customers must use a QR code to access the ordering page. If a customer tries to get to the ordering page any other way (typing in the link, bookmarked link, etc), customer will see a pop up modal (see below) that will not allow them to place an order. The Order With Flavor Engineering Team must turn on a backend setting in order for this option to display and properly function.
QR Codes are available to create via single location or under a group location! Please see availability per type below.
Location (Applicable per location): Create a QR code for full display of the selected location you are working with in the QR Studio!
Merchant (Applicable per location): QR code will display a scrolling list of all locations with your Kyoo dashboard.
Group Link (Applicable per group settings): QR code will display a scrolling list of all locations within your specific group.
Vanity Link (Applicable per location & group settings): QR code will display a scrolling list of all locations with your Kyoo dashboard.
Table Numbers (Applicable per location & group settings): Create QR codes by a selective table number system (numbers, letters, or custom). For custom option, list out all of your table numbers.
Special Menus (Applicable per location & group settings): Select one or more fulfillment type(s) for customer to choose when using the QR code.
Promo Code (Applicable per location): Create a special QR code for customers to use a promo code!
Time Range (Applicable per location & group settings): QR code that sets specific timeframes for customers to order off of your menu.
Subscriptions (Applicable per location): Have any subscription plans? You can create a QR code for that!
Custom (Applicable per location & group settings): This includes the ability to include or not include a numbering system, ability to select fulfillment type(s) related to QR code, and insert custom text. If the Numbering System setting is enabled, the numbers will be added in consecutive order based on the Number of QR codes.
