Order With Flavor keeps your menu synced by default. However, if you ever need to trigger a refresh, you can do so by clicking on the Refresh icon in the top right corner within the Catalog tab within the dashboard:
Kyoo will automatically sync changes that occur within Square. By default, new items added to your item library will appear on your online ordering site or self-ordering kiosk. If you’d like to have more fine-grained control over when new items are made available, you can disable the Auto-enable new items feature.
If you have Auto-enable new items disabled, then use the Refresh icon to import new items whenever you’d like those items to be reflected in Order With Flavor.
<aside> 💡 Note: If a new item is added to your Square Item Library under a category that doesn’t yet exist within Order With Flavor, then the new item and category will appear but the category will be disabled by default.

Order With Flavor uses Square as the single source of truth for the following information:
Any changes made to prices, images, descriptions, variation names etc within Square will automatically be reflected in Order With Flavor and propagated to your online ordering site or self-ordering kiosk.
