Managing Locations in the Order With Flavor Dashboard
1. Adding a Location Not Currently Listed
If you’ve created a new location in Square that is not yet appearing in your Order With Flavor dashboard, you can manually add it:
- Navigate to the Add Location tab in your Order With Flavor dashboard.
- Select the Square account linked to the new location.
- The location will now appear in your Order With Flavor dashboard and be available for online ordering setup.
Note: Adding a location here does not affect its setup in Square — it only makes the location available for Order With Flavor.

2. Removing a Location from the Dashboard
If a location is no longer needed for online ordering, you can remove it from your Order With Flavor dashboard without affecting its existence in Square:
- Go to the Remove Location section in your dashboard.
- Find the location you want to remove and select it and click Remove Location.
- The location will no longer be active for online ordering but will remain in Square for POS use or other integrations.
Important: Removing a location from Order With Flavor does not delete it from Square. You can always re-add the location later if needed.
