Order With Flavor automatically imports item modifiers from Square, giving you full control over which modifiers are available to customers ordering online or via a self-ordering kiosk. Modifiers can be managed globally, affecting multiple items at once, or at the individual item level, allowing for more precise customization.

This guide will walk you through both approaches so you can efficiently manage your menu modifiers.

Managing Modifiers Globally

To manage modifiers at the global level, click on the bowl-and-chopsticks icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard. From there, you can:

• View all imported modifiers from Square.
• Enable or disable modifiers for online and kiosk ordering.
• Create new global modifiers that can be applied across multiple items.
• Edit existing modifiers to update names, prices, or options.

Changes made at the global level will automatically be reflected across all items that use those modifiers, ensuring consistency and saving time.

This will surface all the item modifiers. Any changes at this level will apply to all items unless an item already has an item-level modifier customization.

Uncheck a modifier to disable it. A disabled modifier will not be available/visible to customers ordering from your online store or self-ordering kiosk.

Managing Modifiers at the Item Level

Order With Flavor enables fine-grained control over the modifiers available for each individual item.

To configure these settings:

1. Open Item Settings by clicking on the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the item and selecting Item Settings.
2. Under Item Settings, locate the option Select certain modifiers.
