Order With Flavor makes it simple to collect tips from customers ordering online or via a self-ordering kiosk. You can enable or disable this feature across all ordering channels from the Order With Flavor dashboard.

Set a Default Gratuity Percentage

You can choose to set a default tip amount as a percentage of the subtotal (before taxes). This default percentage can be any value you prefer and will be displayed next to the tip amount in the Order Summary.

Tipping Styles

Order With Flavor offers multiple tipping styles to suit your business needs:

• Smart Tipping (recommended)
  • If the subtotal is less than $10: Options include $1, $2, $3, no tip, and a custom amount.
  • If the subtotal is $10 or more: Options include 15%, 20%, 25%, no tip, and a custom amount.
• Flat Rate – Tip options are shown as fixed dollar amounts.
• Percentage-Based – Tip options are shown as percentages of the subtotal.

Tip Options

If you select Flat Rate or Percentage-Based, you can customize the tip options:

• Choose how many tip options to display (up to 5).
• Use the + and − buttons to add or remove options.
• Edit the amounts to set the desired tip values.
