Gift Cards Are Available Across All Order With Flavor Channels!
Customers can use gift cards on any ordering channel—online, mobile app, or kiosk! Simply enter the gift card number at checkout, and the available balance will automatically apply to the order total.
To enable gift cards:
- Go to your Order With Flavor Dashboard → Store Settings → Gift Cards
- Toggle on “Enable Gift Cards” to make the option available at checkout.
- Online & Mobile Apps: The gift card field will automatically display at the bottom of the checkout page, labeled “Use a gift card.”
- Kiosk: Navigate to Kiosk Store Settings → Order Configuration → Additional Payment Fields, check “Gift Card”, and click Update.
⚠️ Note: Gift card numbers must be manually entered during checkout by the customer.
Display Gift Card Balance Feature
Dashboard Setting: Store Settings → Gift Cards → Display Gift Card Balance
- Saved gift cards appear under Gift Cards during checkout.
- The balance for each gift card is shown to the right of the gift card number.
- Gift cards with a $0.00 balance will not be displayed.
- Customers can copy a gift card number by clicking the clipboard icon next to the balance. The copied code can then be pasted into the “Use a gift card” input during checkout.
