To turn on Order notifications open up Square POS and navigate to Settings → Orders → Order notifications then toggle on Allow new order notifications:
To ensure that you are notified about all new orders you’ll want to make sure your tablet stays awake. To do this, navigate to your iOS Settings → Display & Brightness → Auto-Lock. Select Never as shown below:
