Please make sure that you are in Elo mode on the kiosk. If not, please reset your hardware and software.

<aside> 💡 Note: There are two ways we can integrate Order With Flavor using Elo devices. First, we can directly manage your Elo device here at The Flavor Group, the advantage of this is you don’t need to push updates yourself since we will be the ones updating it. Second, you can manage your device yourself, we will send an APK / SDK file for the user to install and every now and then to update the App in the device.

Please note, if your device is showing offline via EloView (if you choose to manage), the initial setup will not function accordingly. In order for the device to properly work/install the software, the device will need to be online. To do this, please ensure the device is connected to the internet and put back in Elo mode.
Please note: You must have a Square terminal that connects to the Elo device to process payments!
