Remote Kiosk Control from Dashboard
Running into an issue with your kiosk? Don’t have time to run to the store? We’ve got you covered! You can now control your kiosk device directly from the dashboard.
Requirements

Flavor Kiosk must be running build 6.1 or higher to use this functionality.

If the kiosk is not on build 6.1 or higher, this message will appear:
“Sorry, that kiosk is OFFLINE! Please update this kiosk to the current Kyoo Kiosk app in the App Store (Version 6.1 or greater) to remotely control this kiosk.”
Getting Your Kiosk Online
To display as "online" on the dashboard, users must complete the following 3 steps:
- Select location(s)
- Pair a payment method
- Set a kiosk access PIN
Device Control Tab
- Delete (trashcan icon): Removes the kiosk from your list of devices. To reconnect, sign out of the kiosk and sign back in.
- Logout button: Logs out of the Flavor app on the kiosk. You can sign back in on the kiosk, but remote login is not supported yet.
- Reload button: Reloads the kiosk to the welcome screen.
- Screenshot button: Captures the current screen on the kiosk. Screenshots can be sent to the Order With Flavor team via Slack or email ([email protected]).
- Collect Logs button: Enables collection of kiosk logs, which can also be sent via Slack or email.
- Disable Logs button: Stops log collection. If logs are enabled, they remain active until disabled manually.
Note: The kiosk name is randomly generated unless you name your device in the settings within the Flavor App on the kiosk.
