Order With Flavor makes it easy to provide Delivery Ordering as an option for customers. The Delivery Ordering tab can be found within the dashboard under “Order Fulfillment”. Simply enable “Seller Powered Delivery “ and/or “Courier Powered Delivery” and click “Apply”.

Seller Powered Delivery - Choose your own delivery option of choice for customers (Ex: Internal employee, your own vehicle, etc.).

• This delivery selection is fully customizable in terms of setting specific delivery requirements (Max radius, cost per mile, etc.).

Notification Email - Input the stores MPOC(s) email address for order notifications

Notification Phone (Sms) - Input the dispatch phone number from where the order is being dispatched from, or store MPOC

Dispatch Address - Input address from where the order is being dispatched from, along with notes for the driver (business location).

• Delivery Location(s)
  • This setting is only applicable within the Seller Powered Delivery option.
  • If this setting is enabled, it will override the customizable settings inputted within Seller Powered Delivery (Max radius, cost per mile, etc.).
  • User can create and add new delivery location(s) of choice once enabled.
  • To add location options, simply type the location name and click enter. Please note to click "Apply" after adding location options.
  • If enabled, rather than a customer inputting an address, there will be a drop down of the locations typed in the feature.
  • Note: The location(s) within the delivery location(s) will hold the same address as the dispatch address. This will not make a difference for the desired destination. The location(s) are essentially labels for your property/facility.

Courier Powered Delivery - Using a trusted courier (DoorDash, UberEats)

• When Courier Powered Delivery is enabled, it default plugs into Uber Eats and Door Dash.
• When enabling Courier Powered Delivery, you do NOT have to have “Seller Powered Delivery” enabled.
• Uber Eats/DoorDash accounts are created by default through Order With Flavor when Courier Powered Delivery is enabled.
• Essentially, customers can order delivery via Order With Flavor and we dispatch an Uber Eats/Door Dash driver using our own account and charge the customer what Uber Eats/Door Dash quotes us.

Enable Flat Fee - If enabled, customer pays this flat delivery fee instead of the percent fee

Enable Restaurant Tip On Delivery Orders - Default 50/50 split between restaurant & driver
