Configuring the options within the delivery tab will only apply to those orders that go through your site.
Seller-powered delivery
(for those who operate their own fleets, we give you all the tools to do so)

Courier-powered delivery
(fulfilled by Doordash or Uber Eats)

How it works: When a customer selects the delivery option at checkout, Kyoos systems pings the third parties system looking for the cheapest driver. Once a driver is found, they are assigned to the order, given all the relevant information, and directed to the seller's location for pickup.
A couple things to note:
- The third parties typically set their own radius between 2–5 miles. We suggest setting the radius to 5 miles unless you want to enable super local delivery.
- You can choose to pass the entire cost of delivery to the customer or subsidize a portion of it by adjusting what the customer pays.
- You can also be notified via email or sms when a delivery order is placed–email is recommended. When a delivery goes through, you will then receive an email with all the order details, including all the relevant information for contacting the delivery companies should anything go wrong. You can also choose what notifications you want to receive as the order goes through the delivery process.
- You will also be able to monitor outstanding deliveries in the delivery
- if you want to set a maximum or minimum amount for the order total, they can do that easily. Same goes for default gratuity.
- In some states, take out and delivery orders aren’t subject to sales tax, if you're a seller in one of those states feel free to turn off taxes.
