Kyoo allows you to configure the SMS notifications that are sent to the customer to keep them apprised of their order status.

When customers checkout they have the option to provide their mobile number to receive order status notification texts. These SMS messages are configurable within Kyoo. Here’s a quick description of each message:

• Order received - This text is sent to the customer right after they’ve placed the order. This ensures a smooth transition towards continued engagement via SMS.
• Order in progress - This text is sent to the customer when their order has been marked as IN PROGRESS within Square POS.
• Order ready - This text is sent to the customer when their order has been marked as READY. This lets them know that their order is ready for pickup.
• Customer “Here” - This text is sent in response to the customer after they’ve texted “Here” to indicate that they have arrived to pickup their order.
• Response received - This text is sent back to the customer after they’ve responded with information with respect to
