Your customers can earn and redeem loyalty points when ordering through Order With Flavor! This applies to all ordering channels.
Online Ordering, Mobile Apps, and Kiosk Rewards
To enable: Go to Store Settings → Customer Loyalty and toggle it on or off.
Rewards are tracked and displayed once a customer enters their phone number.
Note: For online ordering and mobile apps, entering a phone number is all that’s required for loyalty rewards to be applied. For kiosk orders, please see additional details below.

Kiosk Rewards
To enable: Go to Store Settings → Customer Loyalty and toggle on or off.
Options to Enable Kiosk Rewards
Option 1 – Enable Globally:
- Go to Device Control → Global Settings → Kiosk Configuration → Rewards Enabled
- This activates rewards for all kiosks under the Merchant, provided loyalty is also enabled at the Location level.
Option 2 – Enable Locally:
- Go to Kiosk Configuration → Kiosk Rewards Settings → Local Settings
- This enables rewards for only the selected kiosk.
- If global rewards are enabled via the dashboard, local settings can override this to disable rewards for a specific kiosk.
Important Notes
- If rewards are enabled (globally or locally) but some locations do not have loyalty enabled at the location level in the OWF dashboard, a flagged message will appear and disable those locations on the kiosk:
