Order With Flavor automatically imports your Square Item Library along with your existing Categories, which serve as display groups for your menu items. You can view your full catalog at any time by navigating to the Catalog tab within your Order With Flavor dashboard.
Order With Flavor continuously syncs changes made within your Square Item Library. By default, any newly created items in Square will automatically appear on your online ordering site, self-ordering kiosk, or custom mobile app.
If you'd prefer more control over when new items go live on your Order With Flavor properties, you can disable the Auto-enable new items feature. This allows you to manually review and enable new items before they appear to customers.
<aside> 💡 Note: If “Auto-enable new items” is off, then you will need to manually trigger a refresh to ensure that new items added to your Item Library in Square are propagated to your catalog.

Triggering a Catalog Refresh
If you ever need to trigger a refresh, you can do so by clicking on the Refresh icon in the top right corner within the Catalog tab within the dashboard:
Square remains the single source of truth for the following item details:
Any updates made to these fields within Square—such as price changes, new images, edits to descriptions, location availability, modifier adjustments, or variation name changes—will automatically sync to Order With Flavor and update across all connected ordering channels.
