Configure Prep Times

Kyoo allows you to set preparation times to ensure online orders don’t create any additional overhead. To set Order Prep Times, navigate to the the Order Fulfillment tab within the Kyoo dashboard and scroll down to Order Prep Time. There are a few settings you can configure; here’s what each of them mean:

• Average Time - Set the average preparation time for an order. This ensures that orders can be fulfilled before the store closes for the day for example.
• Additional Delivery Prep Time - Add time to account for bagging and packaging the meal for delivery.
• Hide ETA - Toggle whether or not to show the order ETA when customers choose ASAP when scheduling a pickup.

Order Prep Time Behavior

At checkout, the customer will see an ETA based on the order prep time when selecting ASAP as a pickup time (in the example below Average Time is set to 20 mins):
